Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3 business days after you place your order.
Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location, the shipping method, and the weight/size of your order.

  • Delivery estimates depend on the selected shipping method. Generally, domestic shipments take approximately 2-7 business days.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its status.

International Shipping

  • At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Shipping Delays

  • While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control (e.g., carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs clearance).

Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility
  • We offer returns and exchanges on most products within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is in its original, unused condition, with all packaging intact.

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt) is required to process a return or exchange.

Return Process
  • To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support at sri@kailobar.com with your order details and reason for return.

  • Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., a defective or incorrect item).

Refunds
  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method. It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

  • Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges
  • You can request an exchange during your initial return request, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs based on product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items
